Experience a year in nature with this 12-piece story puzzle by Alice Melvin.
Discover a year of woodland wonder with this charming double-sided story puzzle from acclaimed author-illustrator Alice Melvin. Blending the fun of jigsaw play with the rhythm of a calendar, this ring-shaped puzzle follows Mouse through the changing seasons. Each of the twelve pieces shows the corresponding month on the reverse, turning the completed puzzle into a storytelling adventure and a learning tool.
The included fold-out poster adds to the experience, featuring woodland creatures and plants to spot – whether on the puzzle itself or outdoors. On the front, a sprawling tree is shown transitioning through the four seasons, teeming with characters, birds, flowers, and more. On the reverse, you’ll find a month-by-month spotting guide and the full story. Can you spot two little owl chicks peeping out of a tree hole? Or a peacock butterfly fluttering past Mouse’s summertime picnic?
