We are creating a “Pay it Forward” scheme for our amazing local charity @seftonbabybaskets!
We know how important reading to your babies and children is, so much so that the biggest indicator of future success in a child’s life, regardless of the socio-economic background of the parents, is reading for pleasure. So reading to your child from birth is an absolute must. But not everyone knows this, and unfortunately not everyone can afford books, particularly the mums that the wonderful @seftonbabybaskets provide for.
So, with this in mind, we’d love to donate baby books to them so that a book can be included in each baby basket, and this is where you come in! The next time you buy anything from our shop, we’d love you to consider adding an extra £6.99 to your purchase to buy a book for a baby. Or, you can just purchase a pay it forward on its own and we will handle the rest.
And then for every 5 books purchased by our customers, we’ll donate an extra one!
